  • Concrete Press Piling

Specifically designed for the expansive soils such as clay, this repair technique can be completed in just one day on average.

  • Drilled Pier

Drilled piers are built to sustain more than 3000 psi and are still the most recommended method prescribed by structural engineers.

  • Low Clearance Steel Pier

This method uses a steel bracket, minimum 3/4" steel plate, and double wall steel pilings. The steel bracket is 6" diameter concrete.

  • All-In-One Repair Footing

Sonotube pier cap reinforced with steel cage of #4 rebar secured with metal ties. Concrete pad is built 24" below the soil grade.

  • Block & Pad Repair Footing

  • Various & Miscellaneous

All In One Foundation Repair also does work with drainage and retaining walls. We're capable, so call us and we will serve your needs.

FAQ

What causes cracks and foundation problems?

Primary reason for foundation problems is expansion and contraction of the soils in which the structure is built upon. Another common reason is a poor compaction of the soil, therefore creating settlement issues. Also, water can be another factor. For example poor drainage, underground springs, and plumbing leaks.

How long does it take to repair a home?

All jobs are different so it takes a different amount of time to complete a project depending on the work that needs to be completed. However, in most cases it takes around 7 working days.

What comes in a free analysis?

We will complete a perimeter drawing of the structure. On a slab foundation we will take elevations throughout the structure with a electronic zip level. From there we estimate location of the interior beams and then design, if necessary, a pier plan to bring the house to a appropriate level. For a pier and beam foundation we also do the drawing and we will investigate under the home if accessible to determine if the piers, beams, joists, and sub floor are in good condition.

Which service is better than the other?

At All in One Foundation Repair, we will not attempt to steer our customer into one type of repair and claim that it is the solution for every foundation problem out there. We offer more than one specific repair method for slab and pier and beam foundation problems. After assessing your foundation problem we will then determine various solutions that we feel will benefit you as the consumer.

What methods of repair do you use?

We install essentially all methods that are available with the exception of the patented methods.

What is your experience with doing this type of work?

Along with the many years of experience combined from all of our employees, our company attends continuing education classes to ensure that we remain up to date on foundation repair procedures. In addition, J.J. attended ADSC Micropile School in Montrose, CO, to further his knowledge base.

How long has your company been providing foundation repair service?

All in One Foundation Repair has been doing business in the foundation repair industry for over 13 years.

What other issues do cracks and foundation problems create?

Other issues that may be caused are your aesthetic problems like sheet rock cracks, doors sticking, windows not opening, tile cracking, uneven floors, and slab deflection. Then it can move into structural problems such as ceiling and wall separation, attic truss separation, leaks in the roof, plumbing separations, and most importantly cracked slabs.

What is a cracked slab?

It is a rare occurrence that a home has a cracked slab. Most homeowners confuse seeing cracks in their slabs as a cracked slab. This is not the case. A cracked slab is a separation in the slab in a way that you are able to drop a quarter through the crack or when you have an elevation difference from one side of the crack to the other. In other words, one side of the slab is higher than the other. The primary reason a home would have a cracked slab is the lack of having steel reinforcement or very minimal reinforcement in the slab.

Do you offer services outside the Austin area?

We do offer services outside the Austin area, however depending upon the location a travel fee may apply when we do our free estimate.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express using PayPal. We also accept professional and personal checks, money orders, and cash.
